We'll answer all your insurance questions or direct you to a resource that can give you the answer you need. Worker's compensation claims are welcome.

Our policy requires payment to be made at the time of service, including all copays. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. If you have questions about your bill call our billing department at 573-431-2829, extension 237 or 238.
